7 Quick Takes Friday: Volume 37

-1-
Sorry if anything has been wacky when you've visited my blog this week!  I have been working on updating the design! And by "I," what I really mean that my awesome husband figured everything out!  He is so talented, and he was able to pick up on the coding very easily.  And...the colors remind me of our wedding, so it makes me happy every time I look at it!  Thank you, thank you, thank you, Thomas! :)

-2-
If you haven't already seen it, make sure you read Colleen's guest post for the Catholic Marriage Series, where she shares the top ten lessons she has learned from ten years of marriage.  Seriously, go read it.  Right now.  She inspires me, and she has an adorable family!

-3-
Please let me know if you'd like to write a post for the Catholic Marriage Series!  It's ongoing, and I'd love to have people with a variety of experiences.  Anyone who has been married longer than ten years want to take me up on the offer? :) If you've been married a shorter amount of time, I'd still love to hear from you!

-4-
I copied everyone else and made a Facebook page for my blog, so go "like" the page if you want to stay updated!

Let me know if you have one for your blog so I can check it out!

-5-
I have to give another love shout out to my husband! I've been going to daily mass a lot over the break, and Thomas leaves about 10 minutes before me for work.  He has been scraping the ice off of my car every cold morning so it's ready to go when I get out there.  I am so thankful for my thoughtful man. :)

And speaking of the weather, it can't seem to make up it's mind here.  We just had a really warm day yesterday, so I got to meet up with Thomas for a picnic on his lunch break. :)

-6-
I will finally get to see my sister and my brother at the same time this weekend for the first time in 7 months!  I am so, so excited to be reunited with everyone!

-7-
My next (and last!!!) semester of classes starts on Monday!   It's been an amazing break, and while I don't want to go back, I am kind of ready to get back into business and get it over and done!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend!

Love,
Caitlin

  9. last semester of school huh? that's really exciting!! I still have 2.5 more years of school. Really, it's only 1.5 years of classes and the 4th year is just rotations. I'm so ready to finish school though...I just want to get married already and be a good wife...I really don't want to spend 2 more years studying my life away...but I trust that this is what God's will is. So I'll have to deal with being a wife and pharmacy student somehow :-)

    1. Thanks so much! It isn't a theme, but you can find the gray background in the "Patterns" section. My husband designed the header, about me, buttons, and labels!
