I am most likely not going to be blogging next week because I am doing my FIRST fieldwork rotation for school! Eek! If you think of it, please say a prayer for me. I will be in a challenging setting, but I am really excited about it, and can't wait to learn as much as possible! God is so good, and I can't believe I'm already at this point in the program! Thomas may do a post on the blog when I'm gone about the Bible study I'll be missing.
I am really excited that I'll have the chance to see some good friends while I'm out of town and possibly my little sister!!! :)
Thomas and I have both been really busy this week, so it was really nice to relax together last night. He was too cute picking me up from work really eager to get some dinner to go so I didn't have to cook, which was super sweet and thoughtful. We rarely eat out, so it was a nice treat! We watched Where the Red Fern Grows (yes, the one from 1974...don't judge!) and ate some homemade chocolate chip cookies.
This is really random, but I realized that I did something extremely forgetful and kind of funny. My toenails on one foot are painted hot pink and my toenails on the other foot are painted red. A lot of the time I am too lazy to remove the nail polish when it's chipping, and just paint another coat over my toenails because no one looks that closely at my feet. I must have added the wrong color coat to one of my feet and forgotten to do the other one! I've been walking around with mismatching toenails for the past few weeks...whoops!
I love finding sweet, random notes from Thomas. Makes my day every time! :)
Have you seen this video for how to do multiplication from 6x6 to 10x10? This is seriously genius. How somebody figured it out is way beyond me!
Have a wonderful weekend and a great week next week! :)
