Brownies in a Mug

I am so glad I found this recipe on Pinterest because this has become a staple in our diet.  These are easy to make, tasty, and perfect for the two of us because making it in a mug keeps us from eating a whole pan of brownies!

This recipe is a must try. I only put them in for about 50 seconds because I like them on the gooey side.   Recently we've been enjoying them topped with vanilla ice cream, frozen raspberries, and chocolate chips!

This will forever be my favorite pin on Pinterest!

    1. Hmm I wonder if there's a way to quickly cook it in the oven?

  4. We tried it tonight. So yummy! Do you ever use anything to "grease" the mug? I had a small issue with it sticking to the inside.

    1. I have not tried anything to grease it. I wonder if a little bit of cooking spray would work. Do you have a blog by the way?

    2. Hm, I'll have to try that next time! We just had to soak the mugs over night, haha but it was worth it! And I do have a blog. I think it should link to it here, but I am fairly new, so maybe I'm doing it wrong! It is coffeewithmamaleigh.blogspot.com, I'd love for you to come check it out :)

  7. Greetings! Quick question that's totally off topic. Do you know how to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks weird when viewing from my iphone. I'm trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to resolve this problem.
If you have any suggestions, please share. Many thanks!

  8. Hi there! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you
using for this website? I'm getting tired of Wordpress because I've had
problems with hackers and I'm looking at options for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

  9. Have you ever thought about adding a little bit more than
just your articles? I mean, what you say is important and
everything. Nevertheless think of if you added some
great pictures or video clips to give your posts more,
"pop"! Your content is excellent but with images and video clips, this website could undeniably be one of the best in its field.
    Awesome blog!

  10. Aw, this was a really good post. Taking the time and actual effort to produce a
really good article… but what can I say… I put things off a
whole lot and never seem to get anything done.
